    Since counselors can give me an unbiased perspective, maybe they can help me know why my mental health is declining so I might go to one. Hopefully, therapy can help me set realistic goals to get better. If these are a great way to evaluate my growth, I may be able to keep track and keep up my progress if I’m starting to feel better.
