"It’s Not What You Eat, It’s What’s Eating You” - Sarra

Typical Offices &Hours

In a nutshell

A self proclaimed globe trotter, I have lived, worked and studied across the world. From Hong Kong  to Bahrain to Italy, from Zambia and Botswana, to Lebanon and Egypt, my life experience has been rich , diverse, and enlightening. It is this multicultural experience that allows me to connect with my clients from all over the world, understand the specifics of various cultures, and tailor my work with you to your personal and cultural preferences..

What it’s like to work with me:

As an ICF-certified health and wellness coach, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my practice.

Having faced the challenges of hypothyroidism and an eating disorder, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to manage weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I’ve developed sustainable strategies to overcome these obstacles and achieve balance between my body, mind and soul using well researched techniques mixed with my own personal experience.

I’m passionate about helping others do the same—empowering you to take control of your health, build confidence, and create lasting change.

Together, we’ll design a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Sarra's tip for dealing with unhealthy relationships with food:

As you reflect on your own journey, ask yourself:

“What’s been eating me?”

This simple question could be the key to breaking free from emotional eating, losing weight in a way that feels natural, and living the life you deserve.
